So When I received a message from my wife who I didn’t see in 3 years, to come to a deserted house in the middle of rural Tennessee.
My first thought was… exactly, gory, bloody quality time!

Silrev has picked up the division again, to review the current state of the game! that means with all the patches and DLC available.

What do you get if you cross Dark Souls with a dungeon crawler like Zelda? Also, what if you hate swords and think that a gun that shoots pens is way mightier then the sword?
Congratulations, if you thought: Enter the Gungeon! Continue reading Enter the Gungeon
We are going back to the great depression people! But with more zombies. GG&C is a homage to the old gangster movies, that and the arcade run & gun style of gaming. Continue reading Guns, Gore & Cannoli
I have been following The Division since 2013 and it was a long struggle to get where we are today. But we are here and honestly, the game as I saw it way back in the day doesn’t look exactly the same; certain things are changed or are removed completely. Some changes are for the good, for example a drone that could be controlled by a player on a tablet (horrible idea, but that was ‘cool’ 4 years ago). I don’t know if it was changed somewhere in the middle of the project, and that they envisioned something else at first. Continue reading The Division; Welcome to the Rotten Apple

The Last Of Us and the graduation of video games.
The late, great Roger Ebert once wrote that he believed video games could never be considered art. While I never agreed with that statement, I could see where he, as a film critic, was coming from. From a narrative point of view, video games are by and large two-dimensional endeavors, with plots designed to move the player from one action set piece to another. Just play any Mortal Kombat game’s story mode to see what I mean.

Dark Souls 3 people! I know, I am hyped as copulation. The release is on the 12th of April this year (that is 2016 you future readers). At first I promised myself to wait till all the DLC’s were available, and buy the game as an Ultimate Edition. But after seeing the trailer, apart from the clearly insane Asian people in the background – Come on… really, you applaud in perfect sync to that? – this video makes my gamer senses tingle.
